Baked Beans Casserole

Serves: depends
 
Ingredients:
  • baked beans-usually a couple of cans 
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar 
  • 1 c. ketchup 
  • mustard-just a drop 
  • 2-3 tbsp. molasses-thickens it up
Preparations:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a casserole dish with a top. Then put in the oven for 1 1/2 hours on 300 degrees F.

Corn & Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 can Shoe Peg Corn 
  • 1 can French Style Green Beans 
  • 1 can Celery Soup 
  • 1/4 cup diced onion 
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper 
  • 1/4 cup diced celery 
  • 1 cup Sour Cream 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese 
  • 1 box cheezit cheese crackers 
  • 1 stick of butter
Preparations:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the above ingredients together EXCEPT the butter and cheese crackers. Bake for 45 minutes. Heat butter in a saucepan until melted. Crunch up cheese crackers and sprinkle over over the casserole when it is done. Pour melted butter over the cheese crackers to seal.
 
Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 box chopped (cooked) Broccoli 
  • 1 medium Onion 
  • 1 cup Milk 
  • 3/4 cup Mayo 
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 
  • 1 Egg 
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing Mix
Preparations:
Preheat oven to 350 degerees. Cook brocolli for 20 minutes in a saucepan (steamed is best). Dice onion. Mix all of the above ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
