I also use this
recipe for deviled eggs. Except I use 12 eggs and use the
white from all 12 and half the yellows. Increase other
ingredients accordingly. |

jar of pepperoncini peppers
- 1 Tbs
dried oregano
- 2 cloves
crushed garlic
- dozen or
so sausage rolls (hard rolls)

Preparation:
Place the roast in a slow cooker. Add the garlic,
oregano, and the whole jar of pepperoncini peppers, juice

substitute jalapenos!) Set the slow cooker on medium and

the shredded beef soak up the pepper juice for another
hour. Serve on hard rolls.

This is a great
recipe for a night race! Toss it on in the morning before
heading out to work or whatever, and when you get back,
voila! Dinner is served! This is great with my potato
pancakes (the recipe for which I will submit as soon as I
find it!!!) |

We love this
simply delish dish, and prefer Sourdough french bread,
but other breads do well. Another favorite topping to
this toasted parmesan cheese bread is Peanut Butter,
spread on while the bread is still warm... gooey n'
good... Experiment and Enjoy! Toaster Oven/broiler is
best appliance to use as it offers good heat control. |
