CHASSIS HISTORY: The No. 2 team will unload chassis No. 062 when the Truck Series heads to Texas Motor Speedway. The WinStar World Casino 350k will be the first time this chassis has gone on-track, as it is new to competition this season.

PREVIOUS RACE RECAP: Harvick climbed behind the wheel of the No. 2 Kroger/Tide Chevrolet as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series made their way to Martinsville Speedway for the Kroger 200 last Saturday. Harvick started the 200-lap event from the sixth position and went on to lead two laps before crossing the finish line sixth after his Chevrolet Silverado developed a loose-handling condition during the latter portion of the event.

HARVICK’S THOUGHTS ON TEXAS:
What are your thoughts heading into the race at Texas Motor Speedway?
“I’m excited to get back behind the wheel of a truck at Texas Motor Speedway. It’s been a few years since I’ve race in the Truck Series at Texas, but it’s still a track that I like to race on. Of course, for most drivers the main goal is to go out there and win, but I’m really focused on the Truck Series Owner’s Championship standings. I’m hoping to secure a strong run that helps KHI clinch the championship. Don’t get me wrong though, a win for Hunt Brothers Pizza and all of the KHI sponsors would be great too.”
