KERNERSVILLE, N.C. (July 9, 2013) -- Kevin Harvick Inc. (KHI) has inked a sponsorship agreement with Morton Buildings on behalf of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers Jeff Burton and Kevin Harvick.

Morton Buildings, founded 110 years ago, prides itself on constructing high-quality, long-lasting structures ranging from farm shops, equestrian facilities, hobby buildings, garages, churches, municipal buildings, airplane hangars, custom homes, commercial structures and general storage buildings. The company, which completes thousands of projects per year, is renowned for its attention to detail, unmatched quality and cutting-edge technology that has made it the industry leader in post-frame construction.

“Kevin and Jeff, along with the NASCAR fans, are known for their passion and enthusiasm for the sport,” said Brian Haraf, Marketing Manager for Morton Buildings Inc.  “Morton Buildings Inc. is very proud of our affiliation with these drivers and looks forward to a longstanding relationship.”

KHI, a perennial powerhouse in NASCAR during its 10 years of competition, is co-owned by Kevin and DeLana Harvick.  The company recently reached outside the auto racing world and into professional athlete management.  KHI currently represents Burton and Harvick, as well as UFC fighter Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and PGA golfer Jason Gore.

Harvick, currently fourth in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series point standings after 18 races this season, has amassed 21 Cup Series wins and two NASCAR Nationwide Series championships in his career, in addition to 39 Nationwide and 14 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victories.

“Anyone who knows me knows I’m a stickler for detail,” Kevin Harvick said.  “One look at Morton Buildings’ impressive work and you see just how crucial detail and quality are to them.  Just like we drivers put our trust in our teams to give us the best car they can, thousands each year entrust their building dreams to Morton.  I’m honored to represent this company.”

Burton, in his 20th full year of Cup Series competition, owns 21 Cup Series and 27 Nationwide Series wins.  He has finished in the top 10 in Cup Series point standings in eight seasons, and is widely considered among the most respected and influential voices in the NASCAR garage.

“The quality of Morton Buildings’ workmanship is astounding,” Burton said.  “Much like our race teams focus so much attention on every facet of the race cars, Morton places a huge emphasis on every component of their buildings, including their customer relationships.  With Morton, you know you’re getting the very best from start to finish of the project.”
