Kevin Harvick and the No. 4 Jimmy John’s Chevrolet SS team will start Sunday’s MyAFibStory.com 400 from the 12th position after Friday evening’s qualifying session was cancelled due to inclement weather at Chicagoland Speedway.
Per the NASCAR rulebook, the starting lineup for the race was set based on Friday’s practice speeds. The No. 4 team focused on qualifying trim during the 90-minute afternoon practice session. Harvick completed multiple mock-qualifying runs and posted the 12th-fastest speed of the session.
Kyle Busch will start Sunday’s race from the first position and Ryan Newman, Carl Edwards, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Matt Kenseth round out the top-five spots.
On Saturday, teams are scheduled to have two additional practice sessions to prepare for Sunday’s race. FOX Sports 1 will air coverage of the first session at 11 a.m. ET and FOX Sports 2 will broadcast final practice at 2 p.m. ET.

The following is the starting position of the other SHR teams in Sunday's race:

Kurt Busch and the No. 41 Haas Automation Chevrolet team will start 14th.
Danica Patrick and the No. 10 GoDaddy Chevrolet team will start 18th.
Tony Stewart and the No. 14 Mobil 1/Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet team will start 22nd.
