***Important Information*** For the Phoenix event, you will need a ticket for PIR gate admission on Saturday, November 12th, in order to reach the event location.
Below are ticket packages PIR will offer to KHFC members only. By purchasing one of these ticket packages, you are also submitting an R.S.V.P. to the Fan Club gathering that will be held on Saturday, November 12th, following the NNS race. The quantity of a particular package you select will also R.S.V.P. that same number of people to the event.
***You MUST be a 2011 Kevin Harvick Fan Club Member to purchase packages and in-order for your submission request to be valid.*** All people in the submitters party are not required to be 2011 KHFC members at this time.
A current Fan Club member will be required to check-in all people in their party before obtaining entrance to the event.
Please note package number six is available to those that may already have their race tickets.
Remember, any package(s) you select will count as one of the 200 spots available and get you and your party members names on the list for the Fan Club event.

Date: Saturday, November 12, 2011
Time: Tentative - 4:00pm-4:30pm registration with event being held from 4:30pm-6:30pm (Times subject to Change)
Location: Budweiser ROLL-BAR (located behind the Bobby Allison Grandstand inside ticketed gates)

***PIR Notes Pre-Race Pit Pass:
Once purchased, you will receive a redemption coupon. Please take your redemption coupon to either at-track Trading Post location, at Gate 3 or Gate 8, during pre-race pit access hours. Pre-race pit access is limited to persons 18 years of age and older for events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Guests under the age of 18 may redeem and use pre-race pit passes on Sunday, November 13.
Pre-race pit pass holders must show photo identification to verify the identity of the pass holder and must be accompanied by a Grandstand Ticket. Photo identification must be carried at all times.
Pre-race pit passes do allow for casual dress, but tops must cover a majority of the upper torso and the entire midriff. No bikini tops, halter tops, or bare torsos are allowed. Closed-toe shoes are required. Shorts and skirts are allowed on pit road during the hours of pre-race access.
***ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE SERVED DURING THIS EVENT***
