Cappuccino Mix

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coffee creamer 
  • 1 cup chocolate quick 
  • 2/3 cup instant coffee (reg or decaf) 
  • 1/2 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
Mix well. Add 3 Tablespoons to 3/4 cup water and you have instant cappuccino.
 
Comments:
I mix up alot of this for gifts at Christmas. I put them in nice jars and my family is upset if they don't get a jar each year. I make both regular and decaf.
 
Summer Special

Serves: 1 large glass, 2 small glasses
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 can of 7up/Sprite 
  • An equivalent amount of orange juice
Preparation:
  • Fill your glass halfway full with 7up/Sprite. 
  • Add orange juice until the glass is full. 
  • Stir to enhance the mixing of soda and juice. 
  • Enjoy!
Comments:
This is a cool summer drink that combines the tastes of lemon, lime, and orange. The mix of soda and orange juice will leave your mouth tingly with satisfaction! A great way to add to the enjoyment of your orange juice.
 
Peach Tea

Serves: 28-30 cups
 
Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 c. Tang 
  • 12 oz. peach jello (4-3oz boxes or 2-6oz boxes) 
  • 1 c. lemonade mix 
  • 1/2 c. instant tea (no lemon or sweetner) 
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation:
  • Mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight container. 
  • Add 1T per mug of hot water or glass of water. (Can be used for hot or iced tea.) 
  • 1 batch = 28-30 cups in large pot
     
Comments: 
I have also used the berry flavored lemonades and they bring a different but great flavor. Someday I will probably try strawberry jello and see how that turns out! Just experiment and see what happens. I use this as a great Christmas present for teachers, doctors, friends. Place some in a nice jar with a copy of the recipe attached..
