Wine Burgers |

Ingredients: |

1/2 lbs ground beef
-
1 egg yolk
-
Sprinkle garlic salt
-
Heinz 57
-
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
-
1/2 cup "hearty" red wine
-
ketchup / catsup (what's
the difference ? ! ?)
-
Swiss or American cheese

Preparation: |
Mix all ingredients down through
the 1/2 cup of wine, and marinate meat for 3 hours.
To make BBQ sauce, mix same ingredients, except omit egg
yolk, and add ketchup.
Grill burgers and top with Swiss cheese.

You can substitute onion salt for
the garlic salt -- also can substitute american cheese, but
it just isn't the same!
