Mex-Tex Dip |

Ingredients: |
- 1 large or 2 regular-sized cans
of refried beans
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 package of taco seasoning mix
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 2-3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 can of large pitted black
olives, sliced
- 2 cups finely shredded cheddar
cheese

Preparations: |
Layer ingredients in 9x11 dish in
following order:
-Refried beans
-
Mix of Taco seasoning, sour cream and mayo
-
Tomatoes
-
Green Onions
-
Black Olives
Top with shredded cheese and garnish with a few black olives.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.

Better if prepared the night before and refrigerated or
made at least a couple of hours prior to serving.
