  Mex-Tex Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 large or 2 regular-sized cans of refried beans
     
  • 8 oz. sour cream
     
  • 1 package of taco seasoning mix
     
  • 2 T mayonnaise
     
  • 2-3 medium tomatoes, diced
     
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
     
  • 1 can of large pitted black olives, sliced
     
  • 2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
Preparations:
Layer ingredients in 9x11 dish in following order:

 -Refried beans
- Mix of Taco seasoning, sour cream and mayo
- Tomatoes
- Green Onions
- Black Olives

Top with shredded cheese and garnish with a few black olives.  Serve with Tortilla Chips.

 
Comments:
Better if prepared the night before and refrigerated or made at least a couple of hours prior to serving.
