  Jay's Beer Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 12 oz. can of warm beer 
     
  • 3 Cups bisquik 
     
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
Preparation:
Pour it all up in a bowl. (May foam a bit...) Mix it 'till it's all wet. Spray muffin tins with Pam. (or other spray grease) Put a heaping tablespoon of batter in each cup. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
 
Comments:
LMAO...this started out as a joke but turned out pretty good. My sister was makin' regular biscuits and I poured my beer in while she was getting water, it wasn't a whole beer and she added a little water. She told me I was cute and that I was eatin' it whether it was nasty or not. They turned out good so she made them again with a whole beer and no water. Try them out! Great on race day with BigDaddy's Chili!!!
