Ham Balls |

Ingredients: |
- 1 lb.
ground pork
- 1 lb.
ground beef
- 1 1/2 c.
graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- tomato sauce or
ketchup
- 1 c.
milk
- 1 onion,
diced
- 1 green
pepper, diced
Sauce:
- 1 can
tomato paste
- 1 tsp dry
mustard or 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 c.
plus
- 1 tbsp
vinegar
- 1 cup
brown sugar

Preparation: |
Combine step 1
ingredients. Shape into balls. Place in oblong cake pan.
Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and bring
to a boil. Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees.
