  Ham Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. ground pork 
     
  • 1 lb. ground beef 
     
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 
     
  • 2 eggs  
     
  • tomato sauce or ketchup 
     
  • 1 c. milk 
     
  • 1 onion, diced 
     
  • 1 green pepper, diced 

Sauce:

  • 1 can tomato paste 
     
  • 1 tsp dry mustard or 2 tsp prepared mustard 
     
  • 1/4 c. plus 
     
  • 1 tbsp vinegar 
     
  • 1 cup brown sugar
Preparation:
Combine step 1 ingredients. Shape into balls. Place in oblong cake pan. Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees.

These are so easy to make and very yummy.  Serves 4.
