Ingredients: |
- 4lbs.
Pork roast (1/2in. diced pieces)
- 4 cans
Ortega Chiles
- 1 can
Herdez Red Sauce
- 1 can
Herdez Green Sauce
- 1 can
Stewed tomatoes W/Ortegas or Jalap.
- 2
jalapenos
- 1/2 Cup
Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 med.
onion
- salt and
pepper
- cumin

Preparation: |
Brown and
season pork in skillet, add salt and pepper to taste,
lots of cumin. Add all other ingredients into a stew pot
while pork is browning. When Pork is brown add to stew
pot with other ingredients. Bring all to a slow boil,
reduce heat and simmer for at least 2 hours, more is
recommended.
