  Chicken Viola

Ingredients: 
  • 1 bag of egg noodles
     
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
     
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (another can of cream of chicken can be substituted if you don't like mushrooms)
     
  • 1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
     
  • Italian style breadcrumbs
     
  • 1 can of mushrooms (optional)
     
  • 4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
     
  • 1/4 cup of butter
Preparations:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Boil chicken breasts until done, let them cool in strainer
Boil noodles until done, strain
Pour noodles into 13x9 inch pan
Pick chicken apart into pieces
Put chicken on top of noodles
Combine shredded mozzarella, soups, and mushrooms(if desired). Mix well!
Spread mixture on top of chicken
In a sauce pan, melt butter. Pour in breadcrumbs until you have a moist crumbly texture. Spread this mixture over entire casserole.
Put in oven until heated through. Usually takes about 10-15 minutes

This goes great with green beans and buttered Italian bread!!!
