Submitted by:
BigDaddy29

Ingredients:
  • (After the discussion in chat...the beans were removed)

  • 6 lbs. lean ground meat

  • 2 lg. onions, chopped (I like them finely chopped)

  • 1 whole lg. bunch garlic, pressed

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes

  • 2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes w/ Jalapenos

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 14 T. chili powder

  • 8 T cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup water to thicken

  • 3 T. Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 T. season salt

  • 2 T. sugar (brown is good too)

  • 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

  • 4 cans chicken broth

  • 8 cups water

  • 1 tsp. cumin
Preparation:
Brown meat, add onions; sauté until clear, add garlic, sauté for about 5 minutes.  Add all the rest except the cornstarch mixture.  Simmer about 1 hour; add cornstarch mixture.  Simmer an additional 30 minutes

Comments:
This was my first time trying to tell someone how to cook it, so I hope it turns out!!!  I'm not good at measurements, I usually go by taste!  Good luck!!
