Beet Salad |

Ingredients: |
- 2-16 oz
cans diced beets
- 1 onion
- 1/4 c.
sugar
- 1/4 c.
vinegar
- 1/4 c.
oil
- 1/4 t.
salt

Preparation: |
Combine the
sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt. Stir until sugar mostly
dissolved. Drain the beets. Place into a bowl. Pour the
dressing into the beets. Stir. Refrigerate overnight.
Drain the dressing from the salad before serving.
Dressing can be reused.
