Ingredients: |

flour
tortillas
-
1 small can
vegetarian beans
-
diced onion
-
shredded
cheese
-
diced green
pepper
-
salsa

Preparation: |
Spoon beans onto a tortilla top with onion, pepper,
cheese spoon on some salsa fold over sides and place on
plate, fold side down Microwave on high for 1 minute,
longer if cooking more than one at a time.

Comments: |
These are very easy to prepare, low fat and taste great.
You can use reduced fat cheese as well.
