  Kevin Harvick: Career Highlights
2001
Clinched the 2001 Busch Series Championship at The Rock, one week prior to the season finale at Homestead. It was the first Busch Series championship for Richard Childress, who became the first owner to win a championship in each of NASCAR's three major series (Winston Cup, Busch and Truck) Won first Winston Cup race in only his third start at Atlanta Motor Speedway, March 11, 2001, faster than any other driver in the modern history of NASCAR. Won his second Winston Cup race at Chicagoland Speedway, July 15, 2001. Won five Busch races (Texas, Kentucky, St. Louis, IRP & Bristol). Won four Busch poles (Bristol, Nashville, Milwaukee & Memphis). Ran more races (70) than any other driver in the modern history of NASCAR. Finished ninth Winston Cup points and had one less start than the every driver in Top 25 in points. Won the Rookie of the Year on the Winston Cup Series 331 points to 243 over Kurt Busch.

2000
Named Busch Series Rookie of the Year. Finished third in the Busch Series Championship standings. Won three NASCAR Busch Series races in his rookie season (St. Louis, Bristol, Memphis). Won two Bud Pole Awards (Dover & Bristol). Tied two NASCAR Busch Series Rookie Records set by previous ACDelco driver, Steve Park in 1997 for Most Wins (3) and Highest Final Finishing Position (3rd). Set two NASCAR Busch Series Rookie Records: Most Points Overall (4,113) and Most Money Won ($995,274). Hired by legendary car owner, Richard Childress to drive full-time in the NASCAR Busch Series in 2000.

1999

Finished 12th in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Championship standings. Ran two ARCA races. Finished 2nd (Charlotte) and 3rd (Talladega).

1998
Captured the NASCAR Winston West Championship. 1998 Motorsports Press Association Closed Wheeled Driver of the Year.

1995
Named Rookie of the Year of the Featherlite Southwest Series. Won a race at Tucson (Ariz.) Raceway Park and finished 11th in the Featherlite point standings.

1993
NASCAR Late Model Champion-Mesa Marin Raceway in Bakersfield, California.
